What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. There is no fixed MOQ on the form — share your list and we will quote tiered pricing for the exact quantities you need.
Can one enquiry include multiple products?
Yes. Use the product builder in the form to add several items in a single enquiry — it lets us price the whole list together, which often works out better.
Do you send samples before a larger order?
For newer products or big quantities we can arrange samples first. Mention it in the additional requirements and we will include it in the quote.
How fast can you dispatch a bulk order?
Standard bulk batches are usually ready within 5–10 working days after you approve the quote, depending on the product and quantity.
