Viha Organics is an online personal-care and beauty brand operated by Harinagapraba Kanagaraj.

We offer natural, herbal, and personal-care products, including skincare, haircare, soaps, beauty, and related personal wellness goods.

Our products are sourced from our manufacturing partner, Vikarta Herbals, Thippampatti, Pollachi, Tamil Nadu, and are marketed and sold under the Viha Organics brand.

Viha Organics currently provides online sales and delivery services across India through our official website: https://vihaorganic.com.

By accessing our website, creating an account, signing in, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered customers and purchasers using the Viha Organics website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and should not place an order.

Customers must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or placing an order. By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into a binding purchase transaction under applicable laws of India.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where information provided by the customer is inaccurate, incomplete or appears to be fraudulent.

An account allows customers to securely manage their orders, view order history, manage delivery addresses and receive order-related updates.

Customers must provide accurate and current information, including full name, mobile number, email address, billing address, and shipping address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with their account remains accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Viha Organics is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Registered customers may save one or more delivery addresses in their account. Customers must review and verify the selected delivery address before placing each order. Viha Organics is not responsible for delivery failure, delay or misdelivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address selected by the customer.

Guest checkout is currently not available. Customers must register for an account and sign in before completing an order through the Viha Organics website. This requirement helps us maintain order history, customer communication, delivery information and customer support records.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, photographs, ingredients, specifications and other product information displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur in product appearance, colour, aroma, packaging, labels, and images displayed on different screens. Product packaging or presentation may change from time to time without affecting the nature of the product. Product availability is subject to stock.

Viha Organics products are intended for cosmetic, personal-care and wellness purposes as described on the respective product pages. Individual results may vary depending on factors including skin type, hair type, lifestyle and application consistency.

Customers should read the product description, ingredients, directions for use and applicable precautions before using a product. Where appropriate, customers are advised to perform a 24-hour patch test before full application.

Our cosmetic and personal-care products are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment or prescription healthcare.

Ingredient information is provided on the applicable product pages and/or product packaging. Customers with known allergies, sensitivities or specific personal-care concerns should carefully review the ingredients before purchasing or using a product.

If irritation, discomfort or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. Where necessary, seek appropriate professional medical advice. Viha Organics cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for every individual.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout.

Viha Organics reserves the right to change product prices at any time. If an obvious typographical, technical, system or database error results in an incorrect product price, Viha Organics reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund the amount actually paid by the customer.

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundle offers and coupons may be subject to specific validity periods, eligibility requirements and usage limits. Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Multiple promotional codes may not be combined in a single transaction.
• Offers may be withdrawn or modified after their stated validity period.
• An offer is valid only during the period specified by Viha Organics.

To place an order through Viha Organics, customers must:

1. Create an account or sign in.
2. Select the desired products.
3. Add the products to the shopping cart.
4. Provide or confirm the delivery address.
5. Review the order details, including product prices, discounts and applicable shipping charges.
6. Select the available payment method.
7. Complete the online payment process.
8. Submit the order.

Customers should carefully review all order details before completing payment.

Submitting an order constitutes a request by the customer to purchase the selected products. An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment verification.

Viha Organics reserves the right to accept, limit or decline an order for legitimate operational reasons, including product unavailability, inventory limitations, delivery restrictions, address verification issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, technical errors, or other circumstances affecting fulfilment.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.

After successful payment verification and order processing, an order confirmation containing the applicable Order ID will be provided through the registered email address, mobile number or other available communication channel.

Customers should retain their Order ID for order tracking and customer support. An order confirmation does not prevent cancellation by Viha Organics where cancellation is permitted under these Terms or applicable policies.

Viha Organics currently accepts online payments only. Available payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, authorised digital wallets, and other payment methods made available through the payment gateway.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

An order will be treated as successfully paid only after the payment status has been appropriately verified through the applicable payment gateway. If a payment is shown as pending, failed, declined or otherwise incomplete, the order may not be processed or dispatched until the payment status is confirmed.

Customers should not make multiple payments for the same order unless instructed by our support team or payment provider. If an amount is debited but the order is not successfully created or confirmed, the transaction will be reviewed and handled according to the applicable payment and refund process.

Viha Organics provides delivery services across India, to every serviceable pincode. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery is free within Tamil Nadu above the order value below; a flat fee applies to all other states, where no order value qualifies for free delivery.

Estimated Delivery: Delivery takes 3-5 business days within Tamil Nadu, 4-6 business days across South India, and 7-10 business days elsewhere in India, counted in business days after dispatch. Sundays, Saturdays and gazetted national holidays are excluded. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Public holidays or regional festivals
• Adverse weather or natural events
• Regional transportation disruptions
• Courier operational issues
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Remote or difficult-to-service delivery locations
• Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

Viha Organics will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where delivery delays occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The address should include, where applicable:

• Door / House number
• Street or locality
• Landmark
• Town / City and District
• State (Tamil Nadu)
• Correct six-digit PIN code
• Valid contact number

Viha Organics is not responsible for delivery failure, delay or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers should inspect the package and product after delivery. If an order is received with a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product, or an incorrect quantity, the customer should contact Viha Organics within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide the Order ID, photographs of the package and product, photograph of the shipping label, unboxing video where available, and other information reasonably required to verify the issue. After verification, Viha Organics may provide a replacement or refund, subject to product availability and the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Due to the hygiene and personal-care nature of our products, general returns for change of mind may not be accepted, particularly where a product has been opened or used. Eligible returns or refunds may be considered for circumstances such as wrong product delivered, damaged or defective product received, significant leakage, incorrect quantity, or other verified fulfilment issues.

Customers should contact us within the applicable period stated in our Refund & Return Policy. The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers may cancel an order strictly within 30 minutes of placement using 1-click self-service directly from their Account page. After 30 minutes, orders are permanently locked in our warehouse fulfillment and packaging pipeline and can no longer be cancelled.

When cancelled within the 30-minute grace window, a 100% full refund is automatically initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For complete rules, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking processes.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution. Viha Organics cannot control the final posting time once the refund has been successfully initiated.

All content available on the Viha Organics website — including brand names, logos, product images, photographs, graphics, artwork, website design, product descriptions, written content, icons and promotional material — is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise used by Viha Organics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication or commercial exploitation of such content is prohibited without prior written permission.

Customers and website visitors must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorised access to website systems
• Introducing malicious code or scripts
• Interfering with website security or functionality
• Creating fraudulent accounts or placing fraudulent orders
• Exploiting promotional offers or discount codes improperly
• Using automated systems to interfere with website operations
• Providing false or misleading information

Viha Organics reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is identified.

Viha Organics may use third-party service providers to operate and support the website and fulfil customer orders. These may include payment gateway providers such as Razorpay, courier and logistics providers, hosting providers, SMS and OTP service providers, email service providers, and other technical or operational service providers.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and service conditions. Customers may be subject to the applicable terms of those providers when using their services.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Viha Organics website available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, hosting issues, technical failures, internet or network disruptions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Viha Organics does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Viha Organics shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including website interruptions, technical failures or courier transit delays.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Customers retain their rights under applicable consumer protection and other applicable laws.

Your use of the Viha Organics website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, process, store and protect customer information in connection with the website, accounts, orders, payments, delivery and customer support. The Privacy Policy forms part of the terms applicable to your use of our website.

Viha Organics may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products or services, website functionality, business practices, payment or delivery processes, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

The latest version will always be made available on this page. The Last Updated date will be revised when material changes are made. Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or transactions with Viha Organics shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
